Juvenile Cases (POST)

In Chapter 5, about a third of the way into the chapter, on pages 113 – 115, our book lists 12 important juvenile law cases.  Read each of them and then choose three to discuss.

For each of your three chosen cases, tell us a little about the facts of the case.  What legal precedent, or what decision was made by the court, that changed or shaped Juvenile Law.  Why was the case important?

Then find a student who wrote about at least 1 different case than you and respond to them.  Remember that you response post must be at least 4 sentences.  (You only have to respond to one student)
