Consider communication tools you use in your daily life, including at home, school, or work. Are there newer tools available that fulfill your needs better? Complete an internet search for tools similar to those you use daily (e.g., presentation software or social media). Compare the tool you currently/usually use to the one you just learned about, and answer the following questions:

• How do these communication tools fulfill your daily needs?
• What are the benefits of the tool you just learned about? What are the benefits of the familiar tool?
