• Research a criminal case that uses one of the defense justifications discussed in Ch. 4 of your textbook. Provide the name of the case and a link to a summary of the case.
• Give a brief overview of the case, the defense’s argument, and the case ruling.
• Do you agree with the case ruling? Explain your answer.
• Do you think this case would have ended the same way if it occurred in your community? Explain your answer.
