We will outline the United States legal framework related to workplace diversity and social change. You will want to review the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) website to understand the principles associated with employment opportunity and potential consequences when these principles are not followed as required. Equally important for your review is the Americans with Disabilities Act. Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:
